The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. might be leaving its 123,000-square-foot space at 20 Exchange Place, between William and Hanover streets, but other companies are moving to the Financial District. Global research and consulting firm IDC has signed a lease at 100 Church Street, at Park Place, and the United Jewish Congress took space at 25 Broadway, between Battery Place and Morris Street.
