CB Richard Ellis is marketing American International Group’s 66-story headquarters at 70 Pine Street. AIG hopes to get about $100 million, or less than a third of what the building would have sold for before the market soured. One possible buyer is Service Employees International Union’s Local 32 BJ, which represents office and apartment building porters and doormen.
