David Falk, currently executive managing director and partner at Newmark Knight Frank, has been named the firm’s president for the New York tri-state region, Barry Gosin, the firm’s CEO, announced today. Falk, who joined Newmark in 1996, has been involved in the leasing of more than 2.7 million square feet of commercial space within the past two years. Gosin said Falk “is one of several key partners and will play an increasing role in the operation of the business.” Falk will continue to represent tenants and landlords while leading the company’s brokerage activities in the tri-state area.
