Clarification: The Real Deal was incorrectly told that Mathieson was now a
senior director of marketing at Halstead Property, but was currently on
“medical leave” and could not be reached for comment. The company now says that while Mathieson was on medical leave at one point, he is no longer with the company.
Correction: The Real Deal incorrectly reported that McKeown’s, at 1303 Third Avenue between 74th and 75th streets, has closed. It remains open.
