Two apartments tied for the biggest price cut of the day, with each
home seeing $350,000 slashed from the price, according to
Streeteasy.com. The first is a four-bedroom, four-bath co-op unit at
605 Park Avenue. Apartment 16ADE is now on the market for $5.9 million, 53 percent less than its asking price of $12.5
million when it first went on the market in January 2008. The Corcoran
Group’s Sharon Baum and David Enloe have the listing. The second home
to see $350,000 chopped from its price is a four-bedroom, three-bath
condo unit at 170 East 87th Street. The 3,100-square-foot apartment is now on the market for $4.5
million, 14 percent less than its asking price of $5.25 million when it
