Prices lowered, loans extended at One Brooklyn Bridge Park

Developer RAL Companies & Affiliates has lowered unit prices at the 449-unit One Brooklyn Bridge Park, at 360 Furman Street. Studios now start at $545,000, according to a statement from the office of RAL CEO Robert Levine. At one point, the most expensive unit in the building had been on the market for nearly $1,684 per square foot. The building is also releasing some residences as market-rate rentals, with studios starting at $1,875 and one-bedrooms at $2,800. Up to 25 percent of the building’s units could become rentals. The building has also received a two-year loan extension, the developer said. Increased tax revenue could actually eliminate the need for condos in Brooklyn Bridge Park, State Senator Daniel Squadron argued in March. TRD
