The unit to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom,
four-bath condo at the Beekman Regent, at 351 East 51st Street,
according to Streeteasy.com. The asking price of the 4,022-square-foot
apartment was slashed by $1 million, to $6 million. This is the prewar
apartment’s second price cut, and it is now listed for 21 percent less
than its asking price of $7.65 million when it first went on the market
