An oceanfront home on the market in Bridgehampton saw its price cut by $1 million, or 5 percent, yesterday, according to Streeteasy.com. The home, at 167 Dune Road, is now listed for $21 million, down from the original asking price of $22 million when it went on the market in June. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home has a chef’s kitchen, a built-in stereo system, three-car garage and pool. Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Lori Barbaria, who has the listing, said she thinks the price cut makes the property, built in 2006, a “great deal. There aren’t very many houses available oceanfront in the Hamptons that are already completely done,” she said. TRD
