Richard Meier, who’s been credited with making glass-fronted buildings en vogue in Manhattan, is reportedly having trouble selling out space in his much-discussed Brooklyn development, On Prospect Park, at One Grand Army Plaza. Streeteasy.com reports that just a quarter of the units have been sold and that the developer slashed prices as much as 40 percent. Compounding the problem, the New York Times reports that potential buyers at the development have backed out of $20 million worth of contracts.
