A Queens construction worker who had filed a sexual harassment suit against JPMorgan Chase and her firm, Total Safety Consulting, died in a house fire last night. Bianca Wisniewski, who has been referred to as Bianca Kuros in some reports, was due in federal court today for a hearing on her case, a $20 million suit over alleged persistent harassment she experienced while working as a safety coordinator at a construction site at 270 Park Avenue. After lodging a complaint over the harassment, Wisniewski said she was fired. An investigation into what caused the fire hasn’t begun yet, but fire department officials said that they don’t currently believe that foul play was involved. [NY1] and
