Eddie Murphy’s N.J. mansion now half price at $15M

Eddie Murphy has cut the price of his Englewood, N.J. mansion — now on the market for almost five years — in half. In 2004, the estate known as Bubble Hill was listed for $30 million, making it the most expensive single-family home in New Jersey. Murphy is now asking $15 million for the 32-room, Colonial-style home, which sits on a five-acre, gated property just 10 minutes from Manhattan, and is equipped with a bowling alley, indoor pool, racquetball court, elevator and gym. Dennis McCormack of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International has the listing. [NYDN]
