After marketing the space for nearly two years, Goldman Sachs Group has inked four separate deals to sublease 39 percent of the 600,000 square feet at 77 Water Street, which had been the largest sublease space on the market, according to Jones Lang LaSalle. The asking rent for the deals, which total 235,000 square feet, was around $35 per square foot. New tenants in the building include AT&T, which is leasing 100,000 square feet over four floors; law firm Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, who has signed a deal for 75,000 square feet over three floors; UnitedHealthcare, which has taken 37,500 square feet on two floors; and OneBeacon Insurance Group, who has leased 25,000 square feet on one floor.
