A nearly year-long legal battle between Trinity Real Estate and Tribeca Associates has ended, with Trinity taking back the lease on 330 Hudson Street, a redevelopment site that Tribeca Associates had once hoped to transform into a mixed-use property. While Trinity had granted Tribeca a 99-year lease on the space three years ago, a construction stall led to threats of foreclosure from Trinity, which said that the developer wasn’t living up to stipulations in the lease agreement. The property owner is said to be looking for another group to develop the space through a similar — but, perhaps, more amicable — agreement.
