Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a five-story, five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom townhouse on the Upper East Side 14 East 95th Street according to Streeteasy.com. The 5,850-square-foot house is on the market for $18.5 million and is listed by Sabrina Saltiel of Prudential Douglas Elliman. The home has two working fireplaces and an elevator.

The second most expensive unit is a condo with four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and five half-baths on the Upper East Side. The 4,661-square-foot unit at 1049 Fifth Avenue is on the market for $13.95 million. Haidee Granger and Stuart Moss of the Corcoran Group have the listing.

The third priciest unit is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo at 22 Gramercy Park South, which has an asking price of $11 million. John Burger of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 8 West 119th Street in Harlem. The unit, listed for $140,000, is being marketed by Henry Thillet of H & F Property Group.

A studio co-op at 321 East 43rd Street in Kips Bay is the second least expensive home to hit the market. Sherrie Morgan and Steven Corcoran of Steven Corcoran Real Estate have the $239,000 listing.

The third least expensive home to become available week is a studio at 457 West 57th Street in Hell’s Kitchen. The $260,000 co-op is being marketed by Martha Sussman of the Corcoran Group.
