The 10,000-square-foot home was built at the end of the 19th century by Clarence True, who designed some 270 houses on the Upper West Side, the listing says. The Elizabethan Renaissance Revival townhouse was previously a co-op divided into several apartments, according to PropertyShark.com. But it’s now being marketed as a single-family residence with nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms and six working fireplaces.

It also features an outdoor circular terrace and a double-tiered roof deck with river views.
