Actor Will Ferrell and family have been sitting in contract on a loft at 345 West 13th Street since early March, and today, the closing finally hit public record, Curbed reported.The buyer is a trustee named Matt Lichtenberg, who has represented Ferrell in real estate deals before. Ferrell, star of “Elf” and “Anchorman,” paid $4.2 million for the 2,699-square-foot West Village unit, slightly less than the $4.4 million hedge funder Joseph A. Lanasa III bought it for in 2006.
