A second “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star has put her home on the market. Danielle Staub is selling her
seven-bedroom, six-bathroom Tudor house in Wayne, N.J. for
$1.01 million, $400,000 less than what it was listed for last year, ShelterPop
reported. The sale is court-ordered and, once it’s complete, Staub
will have to split the proceeds with her ex-husband, Tom Staub, who bought
the house with her. Located in the upscale Horizon Heights
neighborhood, the 10,500-square-foot property features a pool, cabana,
home tanning room and an on-site gym. Last week, fellow “Housewives”
star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe put their 10,000-square-foot,
six-bedroom Towaco, N.J. mansion on the market,
with an asking price of just under $4 million, after filing for
Chapter 7 bankruptcy in October 2009. [ShelterPop]
