Of 33 property sales logged by the magazine, 11 were multi-family, followed by eight office building sales and five mixed-use building sales.
Total dollar volume for all types of building sales topped $2.02 billion, according to the Deal Sheet.
Office building sales, while fewer in number than multi-family sales, saw the greatest total dollar volume of any sector, topping $1.83 billion.
