2385 Richmond Avenue
Helm Equities has purchased Ford Motor Company’s former dealership at
2385 Richmond Avenue in Staten Island, CB Richard Ellis, which
represented Ford in the sale, announced today. Real estate developer
Helm Equities, represented by STL Realty in the deal, plans on
converting the 3.66-acre site into a retail development. The
159,455-square-foot property had a $15 million asking price, but no
sale price was announced. The development site, one block from the
Staten Island Mall, includes a 24,925-square-foot building and
encompasses the corner of Richmond Avenue and Nome Avenue. TRD
