Robert Futterman and 113 Spring Street
Robert Futterman & Associates recently secured a 6,000-square-foot lease for Frye at 113 Spring Street between Greene and Mercer streets in Soho, the shoe company’s first U.S store, Futterman announced today. The store is expected to open in summer 2011. Other retailers nearby include John Varvatos, Longchamp, Chanel, Burberry, Free People and Diesel. TRD
