Two commercial condomiums were among the most expensive New York City property transactions recorded in city property records last week. In the larger, the city purchased an interest in a garage building that has yet to be built. In the smaller deal, a real estate investment trust bought a retail condo in the Trump Palace building. Also recorded last week was Scholastic buying in Soho, Hidrock Realty selling in Lenox Hill and Laurence Gluck unloading an apartment building on the Upper West Side.
