Developer Caro Enterprises is set to convert an industrial building in Williamsburg into a 69-unit rental building. The former candy factory at 390 Wythe Avenue is expected to open in January with the Corcoran Group’s Barak/Blackburn Group slated to market the development. The building will include a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom units, with asking rents starting at $2,000 a month. [Brownstoner via Curbed]
