A 12,222-square-foot retail storefront building is on the market at 211-217 Columbus Avenue for $31.25 million. The Upper West Side property, between West 69th and 70th streets, is fully leased to two tenants: Club Monaco, with approximately 4,406 square feet of space on the ground floor, and Space NK Apothecary, with 1,116 square feet. Club Monaco also occupies the 5,600-square-foot basement. The building has 80 feet of frontage on Columbus Avenue. An 11,047-square-foot building in Soho is on sale for $29 million. The newly renovated, 28-room limited-service hotel is at 120 Lafayette Street, in front of a major Canal Street subway station. The five-story property includes 1,460 square feet of retail, with 10 fully tenanted retail spaces. Wei Min Tan of Castle Avenue Partners at Charles Rutenberg Realty has the listing.
Multifamily apartment building for sale
A 13-story elevator building at 1700 Grand Concourse in the Bronx is up for sale, asking $18.95 million. The 154,656-square-foot property, built in 1963, has 154 apartments, three offices and a 27-car garage. Building amenities include air-conditioning, balconies, patios and laundry facilities. Besen & Associates’ Amit Doshi is handling the sale.
Mixed-use Gramercy buildings hit market
A group of buildings at 321-327 First Avenue in the Gramercy Park area is on sale for $13.5 million. Located on the corner of First Avenue and 19th Street, the 8,950-square-foot property contains five contiguous, four-story mixed-use buildings with 92 feet of frontage along First Avenue, plus 80 feet of frontage on 19th Street. The buildings contain 30 residential apartments and six ground-floor retail stores. There are also approximately 10,490 square feet of unused air rights. Robert Knakal and Craig Waggner of Massey Knakal Realty Services are marketing the buildings.
Staten Island office building on the market for $10 million
A 54,483-square-foot Class B office building is for sale for $10 million at 135-139 Canal Street in Staten Island. Built in 2006, the three-story building is close to the Staten Island Ferry, the Verrazano Bridge and the MTA railway, with a bus stop at the building. William Jordan and John Reinertsen of CB Richard Ellis have the listing.
Midtown mixed-use building on the block for $7.2 million
A Class C office building with street-level retail is on the market at 130 West 37th Street, between Broadway and Seventh Avenue, for $7.2 million. Built in 1920, the 10,896-square-foot property has an additional 8,000 square feet of air rights. The building features a security-monitored renovated lobby, and will be delivered vacant. Ben Reyhanian of 45 West 37th Street Realty Corp. is handling the sale.
