The 28-unit Parc Standard condominium at 2101 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem has sold out, after 11 months on the market, City Connections Realty announced today. After launching sales in November 2009, City Connection’s husband and wife team Jeff and Kristin Krantz, together with Sarah Saltzberg, had 20 contracts signed within four months at prices close to $715 per square foot. To date, 24 of the 28 units have closed. “We were fortunate to have an excellent product, with efficient layouts in a very hot neighborhood,” Jeff said. “Most of our buyers were purchasing for the first time, so low price points and inexpensive loans were key to attracting this segment of the market. The three-agent sales team is also set to launch a new project “The Lantern,” around the corner at 111 West 113th Street,  a 12-unit condo built by Anthony Dirusso, the same developer as Parc Standard.
