Florida home prices dip by 7.7% in September

From the South Florida website: U.S. home prices declined year-over-year in September for the second straight month, according to a new report from analytics firm CoreLogic, with just seven states seeing home prices increase during that period. Florida was not one of them. In fact, Florida was among the states with the greatest depreciation in home prices, down 7.7 percent below their level in September 2009. [more]
