Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo at 15 Central Park West in Lincoln Square, listed for $31.5 million. The 3,173-square-foot unit has a library, 11-foot ceilings and windows in every room that feature panoramic views of Central Park, the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline. The listing agent is Kyle Blackmon of Brown Harris Stevens.

The second most expensive home to come online is a five-bedroom townhouse at 16 East 95th Street in Carnegie Hill. The 8,000-square-foot, five-story property is listed by Tara King-Brown and Aviv Siso of Prodigy International for $22 million.

The third priciest unit is a five-bedroom co-op in the Dakota, at 1 West 72nd Street on the Upper West Side. The $19.5 million property is listed by BHS’ John Burger.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come to market this week is a studio at 311 East 104th Street in East Harlem. Charles Primeau of Century 21 New York Metro is marketing the $249,000 condo.

The second and third least expensive listings are both studio apartments at 313 East 56th Street in Sutton Place. The co-op units, #3C and #3D, are both being marketed for $250,000 by Rachel Field of the Corcoran Group. TRD
