From the April issue: Retail sales accounted for nearly $331 million worth of commercial sales, as tracked by The Real Deal’s Deal Sheet in its April issue. That’s more than a three-fold increase from March’s $105 million worth of retail sales. Most of the deals made, however, were of the multi-family variety, as they accounted for 15 of the 39 commercial sales recorded between Feb. 11 and March 10.
