Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The most expensive Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a $44.95 million penthouse condominium in the Time Warner Center at 25 Columbus Circle. Seventy feet of this 4,400-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom unit runs along Central Park West, and the entire apartment is equipped with a system that controls motorized windows, speakers in every room, TVs and iPod docks. The next priciest unit is a 7,000-square-foot townhouse at 233 West 20th Street in Chelsea with five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. Core’s Tom Postillo has the $13.65 million listing.

The third costliest unit is a 4,200-square-foot condo with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms at 150 Columbus Avenue in Lincoln Square asking $12.9 million. The Corcoran Group’s Sharon Baum and David Enloe have the listing.

The cheapest Manhattan home to come online this week is a $225,000 studio at 301 East 22nd Street in Gramercy Park. Robert Deines of Brown Harris Stevens has the co-op listing.

The next least expensive unit is a 550-square-foot, one-bedroom co-op at 340 Haven Avenue in Washington Heights listed for $244,000 by New Heights Realty’s Robert Kleinbardt.

The third cheapest home is a 450-square-foot studio in a co-op building at 502 West 55th Street in Midtown West. Regis Roubila of Keller Williams has the $269,000 listing. TRD
