Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is the 3,500-square-foot penthouse at 420 West Broadway in Soho, according to Streeteasy.com. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is listed for $16 million by Stribling & Associates’ Mary Ellen Cashman and Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Robert Morrison. The duplex is in a co-op building, and features 2,200 square feet of outdoor space with an outdoor kitchen and living room, a glass-enclosed Zen viewing garden in the double-height living room and 360-degree views of the city.

The next most expensive unit is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom co-op at East 52nd Street and the East River in Turtle Bay (the listing didn’t reveal the exact address) asking $15 million. Cornelia Eland and Emily Hanna of Stribling & Associates have the listing.

The third costliest unit to come online is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom co-op at 145-146 Central Park West on the Upper West Side. The home is listed by Andrea Daniels and Susan Silverman of Warburg Realty for $13.5 million.

The cheapest Manhattan property to come online this week is an income-restricted, 500-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment in the co-op building at 352 West 48th Street in Midtown West. John O’Kelly of C. Townley Real Estate has the $199,000 listing.

The second least expensive unit to come online is an income-restricted, 350-square-foot studio at 610 East 5th Street in the East Village asking $215,000. The co-op unit is listed by Janet Resino of Elinor Taasa, LREB.

The next cheapest home is a $249,000 studio at at 225 West 70th Street in Lincoln Square. The 346-square-foot co-op is listed by Michael Shapot of Elliman. — Adam Fusfeld
