See “The Bachelorette” winner and construction manager’s Midtown home: VIDEO

“The Bachelorette” star Ashley Hebert and her J Companies exec fiancé J.P. Rosenbaum have moved into the 48-story Atlas New York building, the longtime Garment District home of “Project Runway,” Us Magazine reported.

The 374-unit building, which was developed by the Gotham Organization, is located at 66 West 38th Street and features concierge service and a 4,000-square-foot Rooftop Terrace. Prices at the rental building range from around $3,000 for a one-bedroom to $6,000 for a large two-bedroom, according to Streeteasy.com.

“We wanted to create a home where everything belonged to both of us,” Hebert said of their 800-square-foot unit (see video above) designed by interior decorator Courtney Cachet. “We gave tons of bags of stuff to Goodwill!”

The Atlas was also the host of a New York Moves magazine interior design competition in 2009, in which HGTV host Krista Watterworth and New York City-based designer Oskar Torres went head-to-head to try to design the “quintessential Manhattan apartment” in under 45 minutes.

Hebert and Rosenbaum, who were on the seventh season of the “The Bachelorette” and recently moved from Rosenbaum’s bachelor apartment in the city, are set to begin planning their wedding next month, Hebert said. [Us Magazine]
