Harlem loft development 50 percent sold

Harlem development Windows on 123 Lofts, is half sold, according to a statement today from Halstead Property Development Marketing, the exclusive marketer. The eight-unit complex, at 129 West 123rd Street, between Adam Clayton Powell and Lenox avenues, was developed by R&B Development, which is also behind other Harlem projects such as the Carriage House, Soho North and 50 West 127th Street.

The remaining four units at Windows on 123 Lofts range in price from $995,000 to $1.3 million, and all feature outdoor space, the statement said. A one-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit and three three-bedroom, three-bathroom homes remain. Sales launched in June of last year, according to Streeteasy.com.

“There is nothing quite like [Windows on 123 Lofts] on the market and we are anticipating a quick completion of sales of the remaining units,” Stephen Kliegerman, president of Halstead Property Development Marketing said in the statement. “Buyers are drawn to its unique design, premium finishes, incredibly spacious floor plans, and great outdoor spaces.”

The development has a private roof deck, a virtual doorman, parking, radiant floor heating in some rooms and marble and porcelain tile bathrooms, the statement said.

Windows on 123 Lofts is the sister building to 26-unit Windows on 123 Apartments, which is located at 117 West 123rd Street and completed sales in July 2011. — Guelda Voien
