Trump Park Avenue penthouse returns to market with new broker at $35M

A multi-million dollar penthouse at Trump Park Avenue has hit the market with a new listing agent, but the same $35 million price, according to Streeteasy.com.

The home, now listed with Michelle Griffith, a broker at Trump Sales and Leasing, was previously marketed by Callae Brownstein, Vincent Santoro and Michael Lorber of Prudential Douglas Elliman. Elliman first listed the unitwith an asking price of $22.5 million beginning in November 2010. In May 2011, the listing was taken off the market, but just over two weeks later, Elliman relisted the home and increased the asking price to $25 million, according to Streeteasy.com. Then two months later, Elliman increased the price to $35 million before being delisted in November 2011, Streeteasy.com indicates.

The 7,224-square-foot full-floor penthouse at 59th Street ,has seven bathrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, according to the listing, is completely renovated.

Santoro declined to comment. Brownstein and Lorber were not immediately available for comment, and nor was Griffith. The identity of the owner of the property was not clear.
