Robert De Niro sells West Village pad

Robert De Niro’s West Village townhouse has sold for more than a third under ask, Curbed reported.

The five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath spread was first listed at $14 million, as The Real Deal reported at the time. The home, which has a private garden and a terrace, according to the listing, had a final sales price of $9.5 million, Curbed said. Another St. Luke’s Place home, a townhouse once owned by “West Side Story” playwright and “The Way We Were” screenwriter Arthur Laurents, also recently chopped its asking price in half.
