Six months after first hitting the market, a $20 million penthouse in Tribeca’s Merchant’s House condominium has slashed its asking price. The 6,800-square-foot, six-bedroom combo unit has reduced its price by over $3 million dollars to $16.9 million, according to Curbed. In June the unit enjoyed some attention because hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs toured the penthouse, however the hype apparently failed to produce a contract. The property’s current owner is human resources and executive management consulting company, Fairbairn Group, president Ursula Fairbairn and it is listed with Raphael De Niro of Prudential Douglas Elliman and Carrie Chiang and Janet Wang of Corcoran Group.
