A five-bedroom, seven-bathroom spread at 15 Central Park West has hit the market asking $44 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The apartment, which, as listed, is a combination of two apartments on the 24th floor, is owned by Neil Witriol, a bathroom appliance kingpin, the Journal said. Witriol bought one unit in 2008 for $7.8 million and the other in 2010 for $8.9 million.
