Another two-bedroom apartment owned by Evans on the 14th floor can be included in the deal for a combined price of $29.25 million. The apartment, at 5 West 63rd Street, is listed with Sabrina Saltiel of Prudential Douglas Elliman.

The third priciest listing this week is a 25-foot-wide townhouse in Greenwich Village owned by “Sex and the City” actress Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband, Matthew Broderick. As previously reported, the Greek Revival-style property at 20 East 10th Street features five bedrooms and 12-foot ceilings.
