The Real Deal New York

Corrections and clarifications for December 2012

Correction: A Dec. 3 Web story detailed the listing for the rental property as a pocket listing, according to a spokesperson’s information. The building was not officially listed, but a number of brokers were aware of it. The property was not exclusively listed with one firm.

Correction: In the issue story “NYC’s It buildings — past and present” TRD incorrectly stated that new condo One57 does not have a sales office. It does in fact have a sales center, located in the Fuller Building at 41 East 57th Street.

Correction: In the December issue story “ What’s ahead in 2013,” TRD incorrectly stated Keith Lipstein title. He is senior managing director at ABS Partners Real Estate.

Correction: In a December Web story, TRD referenced previous press coverage that said the building owner had pursued a sale of the property. He, in fact, did not consider a sale, but a net lease.

Clarification: In a Dec. 26 Web story, “Parkoff pays $158M for 10-building portfolio,” it was not clear which side of the deal Cushman represented, and who was on the brokerage team. Cushman represented Dermot.
