Famed New York architect Costas Kondylis — the subject of a Real Deal-produced documentary — is looking to sell his Hamptons pad for $3.8 million, Curbed Hamptons reported today.

Kondylis, one of New York City’s most prolific contemporary architects, is looking to sell the four-bedroom Southampton house for $3.8 million, Curbed said. Situated on less than an acre, the 3,500-square-foot, four bedroom house and barn includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a chef’s kitchen, 80-feet pool and spa, an apple orchard and vineyard and an electronic gate and privacy hedges.
