The groundbreaking for the Delancey Bridge Tower, located at 210 Delancey Street, took place recently, with an estimated completion date set for September 2015, Bowery Boogie reported. A group of 53 Chinese-American investors pooled together funds for the project after buying the site for $8.5 million, as previously reported. Foundation work at the project, located between Ridge and Pitt streets near the Seward Park development site, is already underway.

The condominium property will rise 12 stories high and have 69 units. There will also be an 8,352-square-foot community facility and 11 parking spots. As previously reported, the building will be designed by Michael Kang and secured Department of Buildings approval this past fall.
