Welkom! The Dutch-inspired Huys condominium in Kips Bay has released its first listings, including a 602-square-foot studio unit for $1.1 million and a 1,564-square-foot two-bedroom home for $3.7 million. Curbed spotted the listings on Streeteasy.com.

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales at the project, located at 404 Park Avenue South at East 28th Street, where listings came online on Saturday.

The building will have a total of 58 units, with prices going up to $11 million. Units will be as large as four bedrooms.

As previously reported, the building is being developed by a Dutch team and takes its name from the Dutch word for “house.” The designer, Piet Boon, also hails from the Netherlands.

Amenities inside the building include a bicycle room, in true Dutch style. As for the units, the $3.7 million two-bedroom home has wide oak plank flooring, ceilings with original beams and views of Park Avenue South, according to the listing. [Curbed]Zachary Kussin
