With the neighborhood market reportedly tight, Deborah Rieders, a senior vice president at the Corcoran Group who was named the firm’s top Brooklyn broker of 2012, has listed her Boerum Hill townhouse for $3.2 million, Curbed reported. Not surprisingly, Rieders is handling the listing, along with her Corcoran colleague Sarah Shuken.

Rieders received Corcoran’s Brooklyn salesperson of the year award at the brokerage’s annual awards ceremony held earlier this month.

Rieders’ home stands 20 feet wide and has been renovated. There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The home measures 3,300 square feet. Special amenities include a south-facing backyard, four gas fireplaces and a five-piece spa bathroom.

As previously reported, townhouse properties in the Boerum Hill neighborhood are commanding strong prices, and some are listed at over $4 million. [Curbed]Zachary Kussin
