Commercial real estate broker and former strip club manager Lou Posner won’t be able to set foot in another strip joint for two years, the New York Post reported. A Manhattan state judge has blocked the debarred lawyer and broker, who appears to work at New York Commercial Real Estate Services, from ending his probation early.

Posner, who made his dancers call him “Big Daddy,” admitted in a 2010 no-jail deal that he pimped women out of his Big Daddy Lou’s Hot Lap Dance Club on West 38th Street. His probation, which stipulates that he can neither enter a strip club nor manage one, is slated to last until April 2015.

Posner is a good probationer, the Post said, but the court wants to keep him under supervision to make sure he stays far from adult entertainment.

“The court’s directive excluding defendant from the many facets of the ‘adult entertainment’ industry is only enforceable as long as defendant remains on probation,” wrote New York State Supreme Court Justice Michael Obus.

“I’m disappointed,” Posner told the Post, adding that his stay on probation is a waste of taxpayers’ money. [NYP]Zachary Kussin
