AppNexus, an advertising technology company, has inked a deal to more than double the size of its footprint at 28-40 West 23rd Street in Midtown South, the Wall Street Journal reported. The company, which formerly had roughly 91,000 square feet inside the two connected buildings, will now have about 220,000 in a 10-year deal.

AppNexus is paying about $60 per square foot, sources told the Journal.

The building is owned by the Cohen, Roos and Carmel families, and it appears that the landlords are making good on courting tech tenants. As previously reported, Estee Lauder’s social media division inked a lease here.
