Renwick Modern in Hudson Square launches sales

Renwick Modern, a new 18-unit luxury condominium near Hudson Square, officially launched sales today, according to a release from Brown Harris Stevens Select, which is exclusively marketing the building. Prices range from $1.5 million to $4.1 million.

The four homes hitting the market today include a three-bedroom, 1,900-square-foot penthouse asking price $4.1 million and three two-bedroom units. One is 1,101 square feet and asking $1.585 million; another is 1,006 square feet with a 108-square-foot balcony and asking $1.575 million; and the last, with the same specs, is asking $1.535 million.

As previously reported, the building, at 22 Renwick Street, has two full-floor penthouse units.

DelShah Capital and On The Level Enterprises are the developers. DelShah acquired the mortgage debt on the property this past October following a foreclosure judgment for almost $25 million. —Zachary Kussin
