“Real Housewives of New York City” alumna Kelly Bensimon is putting her co-op at 240 Centre Street up for a monthly rent of $20,000, the New York Post reported.

Her ex-husband, Gilles Bensimon, owns the 2,600-square-foot apartment, on the fourth floor of the former New York City Police Headquarters in Nolita. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 17-foot ceilings and “large windows in three exposures.” The listing broker is Steven Gold of Douglas Elliman, the Post said.

Kelly Bensimon continues to look for a new home to rent or buy in the city. Earlier this month, she visited Downtown by Philippe Starck at 15 Boad Street.

She also sold her East Hampton beach mansion for $5.76 million, a drop from the $12 million asking price, as previously reported by The Real Deal. [NYP]Mark Maurer
