Eastern Consolidated’s Adelaide Polsinelli and Gary Meese are marketing the leasehold interest in an entire Greenwich Village block-front, the New York Observer reported. The addresses span 44 to 58 East 8th Street, located between Greene and Mercer streets.

The property includes 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as an underground garage. All of the retail spaces — seven total — are leased.

This type of retail trade has not happened on East 8th Street in over 10 years, Polsinelli told the Observer.

“You cannot find a more desirable retail location than 8th Street in the Greenwich Village when it comes to a fun, collegiate, young shopping strip,” Polsinelli told the Observer in a statement. “And, there’s the bonus of being able to create additional square footage to the parade of shops.” [NYO]Zachary Kussin
