Residential real estate website Trulia now allows users to target real estate agents by location, name and company, TechCrunch reported.

Trulia’s search engine now returns a list of local agents with pictures, testimonials, and other information. The update follows Trulia’s announcement that it would partner with brokerages such as RE/MAX and Realty One Group. The firms will provide rosters of agents to Trulia, but each agent is responsible for creating and adding color to their individual profile.

More than half the site’s users are on the lookout for an agent when they log on, Trulia spokesperson Korina Buhler told TechCrunch. The new search will also help users due their due diligence on agents, she added. According to statistics from the National Association of Realtors seen by TechCrunch, 66 percent of buyers only interview one agent before making a decision.
