The first listing with Dolly Lenz’s eponymous new brokerage is for a condominium at 15 East 70th Street asking $10.95 million, which the super broker had as a co-exclusive before she stunned the real estate community by departing Douglas Elliman last month.

Dolly Lenz Real Estate LLC, which Lenz formed earlier this month with six former Elliman colleagues, as The Real Deal reported, has the listing with Elliman’s Karen Connolly, StreetEasy shows.

The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom prewar condo was originally listed with both brokers in late December, but Lenz’s name had been taken off the listing while she was transitioning between firms.

Neither Connolly nor Lenz could immediately be reached for comment. Lenz’s personal website from her days at Elliman is still active, but there are no listings posted on it.

Some of Lenz’s high-priced listings have gone to other top brokers at Elliman since she left the firm after 14 years, TRD previously reported.

Elliman broker Lisa Simonsen, for example, took over what was Lenz’s most expensive listing (and one of the priciest in the city), a unit at the Sherry Netherland asking $95 million.

The ground floor unit at 15 East 70th Street, between Fifth and Madison avenues, includes a library with custom bookshelves and a fireplace, a separate kitchen, and a laundry room, the listing says. The building, originally constructed in 1910, is a landmarked mansion and has just seven units and five stories.
