An East Harlem townhouse that had a cameo in “Carlito’s Way,” a ‘90s crime drama starring Al Pacino, is on the market for $3.4 million.

The four-story walk-up apartment building, at 1672 Park Avenue between East 117th and East 118th streets, shows up in the flick’s exterior shots. Elizabeth Logan of Douglas Elliman has the listing, StreetEasy shows; Logan declined to comment.

All 12 apartments —four studios, four one-bedrooms and four two-bedrooms — are rented and generate an annual income of $214,000 a year, according to the listing. The units range in size from 350 square feet to 900 square feet.

A Long Island City-based limited liability corporation, 1672 Development Company, purchased the building for $575,000 in 2002, property records show.

In “Carlito’s Way,” Pacino plays the title character, a former drug dealer just out of prison who is trying to reform himself despite the pressures of his former life. Sean Penn portrays Carlito’s lawyer.

Harlem has been seeing its fair share of activity lately. Mayoral candidate John Catsimatidis put a nearby East Harlem site at 2202-2210 Third Avenue on the block for $5.9 million and the Park Manhattan at 411-421 Manhattan Avenue in the past week sold out, as previously reported.
