Developers HFZ Capital Group and CIM Group are offering a peek inside the 32-story, 123-unit Midtown East condominium tower known as Halcyon.
In addition to new renderings, units have begun to hit the market, ranging from a 10th-floor one-bedroom asking $1.3 million and a three-bedroom with a study listed for $4.7 million.
Of the 123 units, four are in contract and more than 20 are on the market. SLCE Architects designed the building, located at 305 East 51st Street. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales, which are slated to close by late next year.
The building features a golf room, 50-foot heated pool, library, playroom, gym, spa and an outdoor lounge. Closings are expected in late 2014. [Curbed] — Mark Maurer
